Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DirectCryptoPay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DirectCryptoPay is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables merchants to accept crypto payments directly to their wallets. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

DirectCryptoPay operates on a strictly non-custodial model. All payments are settled directly on-chain to the merchant's wallet address. We never take custody of, or have access to, your cryptocurrency assets.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and wallet private keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Fees

DirectCryptoPay charges 0% transaction fees. Subscription fees for premium plans are billed monthly. Blockchain network fees (gas) are paid by the payer and are not controlled by DirectCryptoPay.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain network congestion, third-party service outages, or scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

DirectCryptoPay is not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, smart contract interactions, wallet security breaches, or cryptocurrency price fluctuations. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
